After living in Korea for several months later, I have found out that there are plenty different types of Buffet Restaurants in #Seoul. Most of them are not pure vegetarian buffet; however, you are still able to enjoy quite a lot in these restaurants. I will introduce each of them one by one in the near future. (Pure #Vegetarian #Buffet will come soon, I promise!!)

Ashley is an American-food oriented Buffet Restaurant.

Ashley Buffet Restaurant #애슐리

As you can see from the picture above, you can tell my plate is filled with a wide variety of food. Though Ashley isn't a pure vegetarian restaurant, it provides us, we the vegetarian, with salad bar, pasta, pizza, Mac and cheese, fried rice extra. Moreover, they do also serve Korean cousin for you to have, which includes Topokki 떡복이, Bibimbap 비빔밥, Japchae 잡채 (starch noodles stir fried with vegetables). So, you can not only enjoy the American Food but also Korean local cousin. After the main courses, we are able to have unlimited fruits and desserts or even a cup of coffee.

My super lovely classmates came from all around the World.

Ideal Option when it comes to Friend Gatherings

Honestly, these buffet restaurants have brought a lot of convenience for me while I'm living in Korea. There were many occasions that me and my Korean classmates having gathering. In my class, there were people from different countries and backgrounds; therefore, it would be quite hard for us to find a restaurant that fit everyone's need. So, Buffet has become our first option since various selections of cousin will never fail to meet everyone's need.

Does this picture make you mouth-watering ?

There are different types of Ashley Restaurants, such as Ashley Classic, Ashley W, Ashley Queen around the whole Seoul. I have only visited Ashley Classic as well as Ashley W. Compare these two, Ashley W has more options than Classic. If you are a vegetarian but traveling with non vegetarian friends, Ashley will be a good option for you.
